Corrections

Accuracy matters more than preserving the first version of a story.

When a factual error is confirmed, the article will be corrected promptly, its lastmod date will change, and a correction note will explain the material change. Minor spelling and formatting fixes may be made without a note.

When new evidence changes the confidence of a claim without proving the original account false, the article will be updated and the confidence label reconsidered.

The repository does not yet publish a dedicated contact address. Until one is configured, corrections can be submitted through the repository owner. A public corrections inbox should be added before broad promotion.
